Meghalaya Police Directorate General of Police (DGP), Meghalaya, Shillong has intends both Male & Female 33 vacancies in the Armed Branch Sub-Inspector of Police for Special force – 10 ready at the 11 districts SP Office / Police reserve. Interested candidates may apply through the online application format www.megpolice.gov.in on or before of the last date of 30 APRIL 2016.

Vacancy Details:

The total 33 vacancies in the Special Force.

Education Qualification:

The candidates must possess the Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in any recognized University.

Age Limit:

Candidates’ age must have between 21 to 27 years as on 01.01.2016 and age relaxation five years for SC/ST categories.

Pay Scale:

The institute is fixed for the basic pay Selected Sub-Inspector of Police will get pay band Rs. 14100- 150-16550 EB 160 620-27510/-

Selection Method:

• Physical Measurement Test – (Height-162 cm, 157 cm of ST category of Male, 157cms & 152 cms for ST of Female candidates)
• Physical Efficiency Test – 250 marks
• Written Examination – 150 marks
• Interview – 50 marks
