Educational Qualifications:

Senior Manager

• MBA/Post Graduation /PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management with 60% marks merit.
• 16 Years post qualification experience.

Manager:

• MBA/Post Graduation /PG Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management with 60% marks merit.
• 12 years post qualification experience.

Dy.Company Secretary:

• Graduation in any discipline from recognized University.
• Should have passed final examination of Company Secretaries of India.
• 16 years post qualification experience.

Age Limit:

Applicants age of maximum 50 years as on 01.01.2016.Age relaxable as per Presidential Directives

Pay Scale:

• Applicant will be paid monthly pay band
• Senior Manager -Rs.32900-58000/-
• Manager -Rs.29100-54500/-
• Dy.Company Secretary-Rs.32900-58000/-

Selection Method:

Candidate’s appointment will be on basis of Interview marks only.
