Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree of a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
Must possess good knowledge of English Shorthand and typing with minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English and 100 words in English Shorthand dictation per minute.
Age Limit:
The candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and should not be more than 42 years as on 1st July 2016.
The age relaxation in age will be admissible as per rules of Government of Uttarakhand to the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC. State Government Servants are eligible for recruitment to the post of Personal Assistants up to the age of 45 years.

The Institution is fixed for the basic pay is  Pay Band Rs. 9300-34800/- along with Grade Pay of ~ 4800/-.

Educational Qualifications:
Dean / Principal:
Recognised post graduate medical qualification and other academic qualification from a recognised institution.
Minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor / Associate Professor / Reader in a Medical College / institution. Out of which at least five years should be as Professor in a department, Preference for these appointments may be given to the HODs.
Professor:
Recognized post graduate degree medical qualification in the concerned subject.
 As Associate Professor in the subject concerned for three years in recognized medical college.
Four Research papers accepted/published in index/national journal as first/second author on cumulative basis. Out of these four research publications minimum two research publication must be published during the tenure of the Associate Professor.
Associate Professor/ Reader:
Recognized post graduate degree medical qualification in the concerned subject.
As Assistant Professor in the subject concerned for four years in recognized medical college.
 Two Research papers accepted/published in index/national journal as first/second author during the tenure of Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor/ Lecturer:
Recognized Post graduate degree in the concerned subject.
Three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized Medical College as Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator / Tutor.
Tutor / Demonst:
M.B.B.S. qualification or M. Sc. (Medical Anatomy) in particular subject as specified by M.C.I. candidate possessing post graduate qualification in subject will be preferred.
Age Limit:
The candidate’s age should be the age of 62 years will be considered for appointment of one – one year, as per respective Council’s norms.
