Educational Qualification :-
- Sr.No 1 :- Post Graduation in Business Management (MBA/MPM/MHRM) with specialization of Personnel Management/HR from recognized Institution.
- Sr.No 2 :- Candidate must posses Graduate in any descipline and passed final examination from Institute of Chattered Accountant of India.
- Sr.No 3 :- Graduate in any descipline and candidate should be a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Sr.No 4 :- Candidate must posses Graduate in any descipline from a recognized university.
- Sr.No 5 :- Candidate must posses Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized Institution.
- Sr.No 6 :- Diploma in Electronics and Tele-Communication/Radio/Wireless Engineering from recognized Institute/College.

Age Limit:- Candidates must attained minimum 18years to maximum 27 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation is allowed as per rules of Govt. of West Bengal.
Selection Process:- The selection will be made on the basis of 1. Written Test, 2. Interview.
Application Fee:- Application Fees of Rs.400/- for post under Sr.No.1-4 and Rs.250/- for all others post. Bank will charge Rs.22/- additionally as Bank Service Charges.
