Educational Qualification:-
- Professor:- Candidate must posses Ph.D in the relevant Departments. Candidate should have minimum 10years Teaching experience Universities/Colleges.
- Associate Professor:- Candidates must have a Good academic records with a Ph.D Degree with 55%marks in a relevant department with 8years teaching experience.
- Assistant Professor:- Candidates must have a Good academic records with a Ph.D Degree with 55%marks in a relevant department. The candidate must have cleared NET (National Eligibility Test).
Pay Scale:- As per UGC pay scale in the University.
Application Fee:- Rs. 450/- for General & OBC.No application fee for SC/ST/PWD. Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Assam University, Silchar payable at UCO Bank, Silchar.
How to Apply:- The candidates must send there filled application form in a sealed cover with Advertisement no. to The Registrar, Assam University, Raja Rammohan Roy Administrative Building, Silchar-788 011.
