- Ph.D in relevant filed with 10years experience for Professor posts.
- Ph.D/Master Degree in relevant subjects with 55% marks merit and 9-6years experience for Associate Professor posts.
- Ph.D/Master Degree in Engineering from recognized University for Asst.Professor posts.
Age limit must be below 60years.
NIT selection committee conduct Test & Interview basis.
Application fee Rs.300/- in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favor of The Director, NIT, Puducherry (Payable at Karaikal).
