Applicants should possess Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institute or Bachelor degree in Nursing/should be registered A Grade Nurse & Midwife with a State Nursing Council.
Experience : Three years experience in a large hospital/Medical College.
Age limit is 40years as on 01/01/2014.Upper age limit up to 45years for SC/ST/OBC domiciled in the state of Uttar Pradesh only.
Pay Scale Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay Rs.4600/-
Application fee will be Rs.500/- for General & OBC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST category.Fee paid through Bank Demand Draft and should be in favor of Director SGPGIMS Lucknow (payable at Lucknow).
