MBBS :MBBS Degree and two years experience in any
public health programme/MBBS, MD (Microbiology/Applied microbiology)/MBBS, must have completed compulsory rotatory internship/MBBS, MD (Health/PSM/Community Medicine/CHA/Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases) for S.No.1,2,3,4 posts. - Graduation : UG in any discipline, three years of work experience under RNTCP/UG in Science or Arts,Permanent two wheeler driving license/UG or Diploma in Pharmacy (for S.No.5,7,10 posts).

10+2 pass : 10+2, Diploma or Certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology/Tuberculosis health visitor recognized course/working experience as
MPW,LHV,ANM/Typing speed 40words/min in English language (for S.No.6-9 posts).
Age limit maximum 62year.
Selection made will be basis on Interview performance knowledge.
