Intermediate or Senior Secondary
School Certificate (10+2) examination
from a recognized Board (for S.No.1,2 posts) - Matriculation pass from recognized Board/Shorthand 80words/10min in English or Hindi/Typing speed 35words/min in English or 30words/min in Hindi language for S.No.3 posts.
Age between 18-25years .Age Relaxation by five years belonging to SC/ST/Govt. Servants and Three years for OBC categories is applicable as per Indian Govt. rules.
Applicants must pay Examination fee Rs.50/- and SC/ST and Departmental (BSF) candidates are not required to submit examination fee charges.Fee paid by a cross Bank Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order in favor of Border Security Force Authority.
Selection process 1.Written Examination 2.PST/Short Hand Test (only for ASI(Steno)/Typing Speed Test (only for HC(Min)/Documentation/Medical Examination merit marks.
