Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research released category wise 111 posts in various Department.
1.Professor : 22 posts (Deputation basis)
2.Assistant Professor : 89 posts (Regular basis)
Applicants should be qualified Post Graduation (MD/MS) or equivalent in the respective Discipline or Subject for all posts.Twelve years Research or Teaching experience for S.No.1 & one years experience for S.No.2 posts.
Applicants age limit must be below 58years for Professors & 50years for Asst. Professors as on 05/9/2013.Reserved categories SC/ST/Govt.Servants Five years & OBC Three years age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Selected applicants will get pay band Rs. 37400-67000/- for S.No.1 & Rs. 15600-39100/- for S.No.2 posts.
Applicants selection made will be on basis of Interview performance skills.
Applicants of General/OBC categories have to pay application fee Rs. 500/- and SC/ST categories need to pay fee Rs. 250/- paid by Bank (SBI) Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Puducherry (payable at Puducherry).
