High Court of Madras Recruitment 2014 :: Madras High Court Recruitment 2014 – Civil Judge Posts :

High Court of Madras are invites application in prescribe format from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 08 Civil Judge in the Puducherry Judicial Service through Regular recruitment basis. Eligible & intrested candidates should be sent prescribe application on or before 19.12.2014.

Number of Posts : 08 Posts (Eight Posts)

Educational Detials:

Candidates should be qualify Degree in Law of a university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission, or any other equivalent qualification.

Age Limit :

For Practicing Advocates / Pleaders and Assistant Public Prosecutors:

Reserved candidates : 25 yeras to 40 yeras

Others Candidates : 25 years to 35 yeras

For Fresh Law Graduates:

For all Candidates : 22 yeras to 27 yeras

Application Fee:

Candidates should be paid a sum of Rs.500/- by demand draft drawn in a Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Madras payable at Chennai. There is no application fee for SC/ST Candidates.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be made on the basis of Written examination and Viva-Voce Test.

Written Examination: written examination in 4 papers, namely Translation Paper, Law Paper I, Law Paper II and Law Paper III, each for a maximum of 100 marks.

Viva-voce : Viva-voce for a maximum of 60 marks.

The written examination will be held at CHENNAI and PUDUCHERRY as per the Schedule below:

Translation Paper - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm on 17.01.2015
Law Paper I - 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 17.01.2015
Law Paper II - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm on 18.01.2015
Law Paper III - 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 18.01.2015
Note: The venue of examination will be intimated later.
