Educational Qualifications : Applicants must possess Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Agriculture or Bachelor Degree in Botany/Genetics & Plant Breeding/Plant Physiology/Agricultural Botany/Seed Science & Technology from recognized University.
Age Limit : candidates age limit 35years as on 01/01/2014.Upper age limit is applicable as a based on qualification/Experience and Departmental Candidates.
Pay scale : Selected applicants will receive Pay Band Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs.5400/-
Selection Process : Selection based Qualifications/experience in relevant field higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or on the basis of Screening Test/Written Test Method.
Application fees : Applicants have to pay Application fee Rs.210/- for General & others and Candidates belonging to SC/ST of West Bengal and Persons with Disabilities specified under Persons with Disabilities Rules, 1999 are not required to pay fees.Payment by Indian Postal Order crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal.
