Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Law from recognized Law College/Recognized University.
- Seven years work experience as Practicing Advocate.
- Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed
either the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
Age Limit : The Additional Public Prosecutor age limit 40years as on 01/01/2014.
Pay scale : Selected Additional Public Prosecutor will receive Pay Scale Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay Rs.5400/-
Selection Process : The examination will consist of Written Examination and Viva-Voce Test.
Examination Center : The written examination will be held at Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack. and Sambalpur depending on the number of candidates from the respective zone.
Application fees : The Applicants have to pay Examination fee Rs.300/- and no fee charges for SC/ST//PWD of Odisha residents. The payment through Online Challan form at any Nationalize SBI Branches on before 17/04/2014.
