- MBBS Degree and should have MCI Registration (S.No.1,2).
- Master Degree in Medical Physics/Physics and Diploma in Radiological/ Medical Physics (S.No.3).

Bachelor degree in Science/Commerce and Diploma in
Material Management with two years work experience in Stores (S.No.4). - Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Radio Therapy with 10 years experience in a Govt. medical college/Institute/Large Hospitals (S.No.5).
- Bachelor Degree in perfusion technology awarded by recognized institution/association/authority (S.No.6).

Graduation or Diploma in General Nursing& Midwifery from a recognized Institution and Should be Registered “ A”
Grade Nurse & Midwifery with a state Nursing Council (S.No.7,8). - Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with 03 years experience in Govt. medical college/Institute/Large Hospital (S.No.9).
- Graduation in Nuclear Medicine Technology (S.No.10).
- Intermediate pass and B.Sc or Diploma MLT (S.No.11,12).
- Master degree in Biological Science (B.Sc in Library Science).
- Master Degree in Home Science/Food & Nutrition with PG. Diploma in dietetics (S.No.15).
- Graduation/Diploma in Medical Record and 01 year RMLIMS experience (S.No.14).
RMLIMS recommended age limit shall be 18-40years as on 01/01/2014 and age relaxation given as per U.P. Govt. Rules.
