Management Trainee Post Details :
Applicants must possess Bachelor Degree in Science/ Commerce/Arts/Law/Engineering/Management from recognized University/ Institution.
Preference : MBA/PGD in Marketing/International Trade/Materials/HR/Logistics and knowledge in Computer Applications.
Management Trainees age limit 28years as on 01/03/2014.Age Relaxation is applicable for SC-5years, OBC-3years & PWD-10years as per Govt. norms.
Selected Management Trainees will get pay band Rs.12600/- and medical reimbursement, PF, gratuity, leave encashment benefits.
Selection made will be based on Written Test, Group Task/Discussion and Interview skills.
Applicants have to pay application fee Rs.300/- in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favor of MSTC Limited (payable at Kolkata).
NOTE : NO fee charges for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
