- Applicants of Retired Officer from the state Finance/Treasury/Audi Services/AG with experience in budgeting, audit and treasury functions (S.No.6).
- Post Graduation in Accounting/Commerce or CA/ICWA pass (S.No.7).
- 10+2 pass and Hindi typing speed of 5000 depression/Hour (S.No.9).
