- Post Graduation in any branch of Agriculture Science and Five years experience in the area of production and Productivity (S.No.1).
- Graduation in any discipline and Seven Years experience in accounts and establishment work in a supervisory capacity in a Government Office (S.No.2).
- Ph.D in Chemistry/Economics/English/History/Mathematics/Physics/Political Science subjects and minimum score of 300 as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by University Grants Commission and Five years experience in Teaching/Research (S.No.3-9 Posts).
- Post Graduation in any discipline (English is optional subject at Graduate level) and Three year experience of editing and publication work.
