- 10+2 pass and Diploma in A Grade Nursing from Govt.recognized institute (S.No.1).
- 10+2 pass and Diploma in Radiographer/Pharmacist/Technology (Pathological)/Physiotherapist/Dietician/Audiometry/Refraction, Dentistry/Dental Technology Optometry from Govt. recognized Institutions (S.No.2-9 posts).
Age limit shall be minimum 18years to maximum 30years as on 17/03/2014.Upper age limit for SC/ST/Domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01/01/1980 and 31/12/1989-5years, OBC/EX.SM/Armed Force-3years, PWD-10years is applicable as per Govt.Order.
Candidates belonging to General & OBC (Both Creamy & Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay Application Fee Rs.100/-and payable fee exempted for SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman and Physically Handicapped.Fee paid by Bank Demand Draft (any nationalized Bank) in favor of
