- Master Degree or Doctorial Degree in Economics with 55% marks merit from recognized University (S.No.1 posts).
- Post Graduation in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics with 55% marks merit (S.No.2).
- Master degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation, with English as one of the subjects at Graduation level (S.No.3).
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks merit from recognized University/Institution (S.No.4 posts).
Selection will be through Written Examination and Interview performance ability.

Age Relaxation is belonging 5years for SC/ST/Ex.Employees of Banking Institution/Ex.Serviceman/Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officer/ordinarily been domiciled in Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, 10years for PWD categories is applicable.
Application fee have to pay Rs.100/- for General/OBC category and no fee charges for SC/STPWD/RBI Staff candidates.
1.Online Mode of Payment : Fee deposited by system generated Payment challan at Bank of Baroda/Bank of India/Bank of Maharashtra/Central Bank of India/Indian Overseas Bank/ Punjab National Bank/United Bank of India.
2.Online Mode payment : Fee paid by using Master card/debit/credit cards or Internet Banking system.
