- MBBS Degree and should have Registered with Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India certificate (S.No.1).
- BAMS or Statutory State Board and Enrolment on State Register/Central Register of Ayurveda (S.No.2,3 posts).
- 10+2 pass and should have certificate of Diploma in Multi Purpose Health worker (Female /ANM) from a recognized university or institution (S.No.4 posts).
- Graduation in Nursing or Diploma in GNM from a recognized institution, Registered with Punjab Nursing Registration Council (S.No.5 posts).
- B.Pharmacy/Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institution (S.No.6,7 posts).
- Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) from recognized institute (S.No.8 posts).
Age limit completed as on 01/01/2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules of Punjab Government order.
