- Graduation in any discipline or Post Graduation in in Social Work/Business Administration/Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relation /Labour Welfare for S.No.1 post.
- Chartered Accountants of India (CA)/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) Examination passed (S.No.2).
- Graduation in Engineering (or) AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical Engineering (S.No.2,3 posts).
- Graduation in Mining Engineering/Certificate of Competency under Coal Mine Regulations, 1957 (S.No.4 post).
