- Bachelor Degree (B.tech/BE) in Civil Engineering/Electrical with 60% marks merit (S.No.1,2 posts).

CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/CWA or CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants
of India (S.No.3 post). - MBA in Human Resource, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management & Labour Relations,Industrial Relations,Personnel Management, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations,Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/Communication, Mass Communication, Journalism/PG in any discipline (English/Hindi is a optional subjects in Graduation level) (S.No.4,5,9 posts).
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks merit from recognized Institute approved by AICTE (S.No.6,7 posts).
- Graduation with DOEACC A Level or BCA (S.No.8 Posts).
Age limit is 30years for all posts as on 01/02/2014.Upper age limit is 5years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) & 10years for PWD category is applicable as per Indian Govt.Order.
Selection made will be basis on Written Test or Interview.
