- ITI in Fitter/Machinist/Electrical Trades with two years Industrial Work experience (S.No.1).
- Diploma in Rubber Technology/Chemical Eng./Mechanical/ Electrical Eng. with one year Industrial work experience (S.No.2).
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry subject with 60% marks merit for S.No.3 posts.
- Graduation or Post Graduation in HR/Finance subjects for S.No.4 posts.
- Bachelor/Master Degree (B.Com/M.Com) in Commerce subject for S.No.5 post.
- B.Com or B.Sc or Master Degree in Warehouse Management/Materials Management/Logistics for S.No.6 post.
Age limit 37years for all posts completed as on 01/01/2014.
