- MBBS Degree qualification for S.No.2,3 posts.

MBBS Degree and Diploma in Associate Fellow
of Industrial Health (AFIH) recognized by Govt. of India for S.No.1 post.
Age limit must be 37years for S.No.1,3 posts & 30years for S.No.2 post.Age relaxation up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC candidates shall be extended.
Selected applicants get pay band Rs.20600/- for S.No1,3 posts & Rs.16400/- for S.No.2 post.
Candidates have to pay Application fee belonging to General and OBC category are required Rs.500/- and SC candidates are exempted payment of fee.Fee paid by Bank Challan form nearest SBI Branch.
NOTE : Bank Charges Rs.25/- is additional charge.
