• General Nursing & Mid Wife from any Govt. Nursing Schools and should be registered in the Orissa Nursing Council (S.No.1 posts).
• Higher Secondary School Education passed and Diploma in Computer Application certified course (S.No.2 posts).
• Matriculation pass and Diploma in Medical Radiology Technician course certificate from Medical Colleges of the state or private institutions approved by AICTE for S.No.3 posts.
• Matriculation pass and DMLT course certificate from Medical Colleges of the state or private institutions approved by AICTE for S.No.4 posts.
• VIIth Class pass and able to write/Read English/Odia languages (S.No.5 post).
• knowledge in Odia language (S.No.6 posts).

Age limit should between 18-32years as on 01/08/2013.Age Relaxation belonging to SC/ST/Women/Ex.Servicemen/SEBC-5years & PWD-10years is applicable as per Govt.Order.

Selected candidates will get pay Consolidation Rs.5200-20200/- (for S.No.1,2,3,4 posts), Rs.4930/- (S.No.5 post) & Rs.4750/- (S.No.6 post).
