Applicants must have to completed Matriculation pass with 50% marks merit and technically ITI/BE or Diploma in Engineering from recognized Institute/Board/University for S.No.1 & 10th Class pass and President's Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge Holder or A Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Trained Guide Leader/Captain.
Age limit is required 18-30years as on 01/01/2014.
Upper Age limit SC/ST/ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir/Staff of Quasi Administrative Offices of Railway Organizations -5years, OBC/Serving Railway employees who have put in three years of continuous service-3years, up to 35years Widows/Divorced women and women judicially separated (SC/ST-40years, OBC-43years) is applicable as per Govt. Order.
Selection will be basis on Written Examination marks merit.
Examination fee of Rs.40/- for general categories and no fee charges for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWD/Women/OBC
Minority candidates.Fee paid by Bank Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favor of FA&CAO, Eastern Railway,Kolkata (Payable at GPO, Kolkata).
