- Master Degree :Food & Nutrition/Economics,Commerce,Statistics with three years stores,medical stores/Statistic, M.A.Statistics,Mathematics, Economics, Sociology/Social Work,Welfare, Health Agency work experience/Psychology/Psychology or Education (for S.No.1,,3,4,6,10,11,12 posts).
- Graduation : Prosthetic and Orthetic Engineering or Diploma in Prosthetic and Orthetic/Engineering/Pharmacy/Radiography/UG Science subjects (for S.No..2,5,7,,13 posts).
- Diploma : Mechanical Engineering,Refrigeration and Airconditioning/Civil Engineering/Perfusion Technology Certificate/Electrical Engineering/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques (S.No.8,9,14,15,17 posts)
- Intermediate/12th Class :Science subjects (S.No.16,17 posts).
Age Limit 35years for S.No.1,2, 30years for S.No.3,6,7,89,11,12,14,15,16,17 posts, 25years for S.No.4,5 posts & 40years for S.No.13 posts.
