Applicants should be qualified Ph.D in Sahitya/Vyakran & Education/Shiksha Shastra with ten years Teaching experience for Professor posts, Ph.D in Veda/Sahitya with Eight Years Teaching Experience for Associate Professor posts, Master Degree/Acharya concerned subjects with 55% marks merit/must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC for Associate professor posts, Master Degree in the Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science with 55% marks merit/must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC for S.No.4 & Acharya/Master's Degree in Sanskrit from an Indian University for S.No.5 post.
Selected applicants will get pay band Rs.37400-67000/- for S.No.1,2 posts & Rs.15600-39100/- for S.No.3-5 posts.
Applicants have to pay application fee Rs.250/-and Rs.500/- for other categories, paid through Bank Demand Draft in favor of The Registrar, Shree Somnath Sanskrit University, Gujarat.
Applicants selection process will be based on Interview performance skills.
