North Eastern Police Academy, Meghalaya has issued Notification for Recruitment of 08 Constable (General Duty/Motor Transport/Motor Transport Mechanic)/ Library & Information Assistant posts, eligible candidates can apply before 60days from date of Advertisement through offline.

Applicants should be qualified Matriculation pass for S.No.1, Matriculation pass and Valid driving license for light or heavy vehicles issued by the Transport Authority for S.No.2, Matriculation pass and Diploma in Motor Mechanism from a recognized institution for S.No.3 & Graduation in Library Science and 2 years library experience in any recognized institution in the field for S.No.4 posts.
Applicants age limit must be 18-27years for S.No.1-3 posts & below 28years for S.No.4 post as on 20/11//2013 Age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Selected applicants will get pay band Rs.5200-20200/- for S.No.1-3 posts & Rs.9300-34800/- for S.No. post.
Applicants selection process will be based on Physical Efficiency Test/Trade test & Medical examination marks merit.
