NPSC (Nagaland Public service Commission), Kohima has issued Notification for Recruitment of 22 Faculty posts, eligible candidates can apply before 30/09/2013 through offline.

Post names and Vacancy Details :
1.Assistant Professor under Higher Education Department : 15 posts
2.Assistant Professor(B.Ed College) under Higher Education Department : 06 posts
3.Post Graduate Teacher under School Education Department : 01 post
Applicants should be qualified Master Degree in relevant subjects from recognized University and Clearing of National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/SLET/SET for S.No.1, Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science and Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC for S.No.2 & Master Degree in Zoology/Botany combination subjects with 50% marks merit or M.Ed with 55% marks merit for S.No.3 post.
Applicants age limit must be 21-30years as on 01/1/2013.Upper age limit Five years for SC/ST/Govt. Employees, PWD –Ten years is applicable as per Govt.rules.
Selected applicants will get pay band Rs. 15600-39100/- for S.No.1,2 posts & Rs. 9300-34800/- for S.No.3 post.
Applicants selection process will be based on Written test held on Dec. 2013 marks merit.
