Educational Qualifications : Applicants should be qualified Graduation in Engineering/Technology in relevant field or any any discipline with minimum 60%of marks in aggregation.
Additional qualification: Applicants Should have passed final examination of ICAI or ICWAI for S.No.2, Diploma in Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of not less than 2 years
duration from a recognized University/Institute for S.No.3 & Diploma in Mass Communication /Advertising/Journalism/Public Relations with minimum experience level.
Age Limit : Applicants age limit must be 27years for general category as on 01/2/2013 and reserved categories SC/ST/persons of domiciled in the state of Jammu &Kashmir Five years, OBC Three years & PWD Ten Years age Relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Pay scale : Selected applicants will offered a basic pay Emolument Rs.20600/- for all posts.
