Education Qualifications :
Manager -
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or Behavioural Economics or B.Tech/BE in any discipline with 12 years of relevant experience in research and analytics, predictive modelling, statistics.
- Master Degree in Human Resources Management with 7-12 years of relevant experience in human resources and administration functions
- Master Degree in Marketing Management with 7-12 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions
Analyst -
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or Behavioural Economics or B.Tech/BE in any discipline with 3-6 years of relevant experience in research and analytics after postgraduation, as evident from management reports or research publications
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with 3-6 years of relevant experience in life insurance after post-graduation. He/she would have experience in life insurance products, claims processing, insurance/risk models and analytics.
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with 3-6 years of relevant experience in motor insurance
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with 3-6 years of relevant experience in health insurance
- Post graduate in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with 3-6 years of relevant experience in insurance
Administrative Officer (IT)-
- Graduation in Engineering & Technology & Post Graduation in Management/IT/Computer Science with 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT.
Selection Process :
Shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview marks.
