Applicants should be qualified Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Aeronautical/Computer Science/Electrical /Electronics/Mechanical/Metallurgy/ Production subjects from recognized University/Institute.
Applicants age limit must be below 28years as on 11/10/2013.Upper age limit five years for SC/ST/Ex.SM/domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir candidates, three years for OBC & Ten years for PWD/PH (PWD of SC/ST-15years & PH of OBC-13years) is applicable as per Govt. rules.
Applicants selection process will be based on All-India based Online Selection Test and the Interview.

- Interview held on Bangalore at HAL
- Pre-employment Medical Test held on HAL Hospitals of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nasik, Koraput, Lucknow, Kanpur, Korwa & Barrackpore.
NOTE : Applicants must produce Original valid Indent Card (Driving License/Aadhaar Card/Passport/PAN Card/College ID card where the candidate has studied) at the time of allowing Online Test.
Placement : Posted as Management Trainees in any of the Production, Overhaul or Services Divisions / Research & Design Centres/Offices based on requirement of the Company.
