Most of the people while selecting jobs prefer to the jobs where they sit in the office and work without getting any fold to their dress. Lot of people dislikes the jobs which are connected with long journey. They want the jobs without transfers. All these people have to remember the proverb “hard work is the success”. When you spend as much time as you can for your job, along with safe guard, get lot of profit and goodwill too. When you try for easy money sitting in one place, it always brings loss. Unless you under take lot of hard work profit won’t come to you. Try to examine the life of some of the job holders surly there is connection between their hard work and success. Therefore because of temporary and risk of journey do not leave good jobs. First examine from all the perspectives, when you strongly decide not good for you, then leave it.

There are two important things in every human life- chance and choice. Indeed, they are the things which bring difference between one man to another. When winners mould their lives according to choice, losers always depend on chance. We see this type of difference in the youth’s psychology from the beginning when started searching for jobs. This is most important factors which decide the future. Following is one of the general characteristics of human being. From childhood onwards starts learning many things from following. Learns doing things from parents and society in which he lives. But he follows only the work how to go about but not the style of work. The words said by one English poet are literally true “Style is the man”.

Winners : choice –losers :chance 

On every work there is the signature of worker means his style, way of doing. This type of specialty is his characteristic and personality persons who completely develop their personality or characteristics always stand winners. It doesn’t mean that these winners don’t accept other’s knowledge. They are always ready to learn from anyone. But don’t give up their energetic thinking. They mould total collected information according to their personality and touch the success without that, when totally depended on others and follow other’s style simple fall into failure. It at all they win, it is like wind force.

Winners always go accordance with choice and get great victories but followers simple come up with chance without any great success in life based on the situation. While selecting job as career your psychological strengths and weaknesses play a significant role. At later stage in your inter views and exams, your psychology plays a vital role. Therefore, while choosing a job, without preferring to chance, choose choice with full confidence. First develop positive self image, then according to it choose the job. If you work with own responsibility and likeness, soon see the success at your feet.

You see good result when discussed about all these things from all the view points before finishing graduation. After come out from the collage your job opportunity belongs to only one part. Because you need to leave some of the subject in Degree, because of subject specialization. Therefore you can’t entre into all the areas. So, it would be better if you plan out about job after completion of 10^th class. Parents and teachers in their career plan, discussing about present job opportunities and forth coming new jobs.

As for the recent survey there are 30,000 kinds of jobs on worldwide. So from these you have to select one which you like more and interested. It is always difficult to choose. The doubt to be or not to be suffers you a lot. Decision about carrier and jobs is too hard. But this work so trilling and adventuress. As Abraham lincon said “We are so happy because we want to be like that” Therefore there is that much of importance to the choice.
